Production typically takes 12 - 16 weeks from final confirmation and deposit. Steam Spirit saunas are built to order, not mass-produced from standard components. Each structure is carefully produced through a series of controlled construction phases to ensure long-term structural performance and a stable sauna microclimate. The process includes: - structural timber frame fabrication - preparation and installation of the hempcrete system - controlled curing and stabilization of the hempcrete envelope - interior sauna joinery and detailing - integration of ventilation and heating systems - final inspection and performance verification Hempcrete construction requires adequate curing time to achieve proper strength, moisture balance, and long-term durability. This stage cannot be accelerated without compromising the material’s performance. To maintain consistent architectural quality and careful material control, our production capacity is intentionally limited. The result is not a prefabricated cabin, but a carefully engineered sauna structure designed to perform reliably for decades.

Yes. We deliver within the EU, UK, Norway, and Switzerland.

We provide delivery and on-site. Depending on the project, installation support or supervision can be arranged by agreement. Site preparation requirements will be defined during the planning phase. However, our standard modules are easy to install and usually require no supervision.
